A classical balustrade unfolds across the curved surface of the light-blue porcelain candle, surrounded by lush foliage and colourful butterflies that appear to flutter through the air. The Farfalle e Balaustra décor intertwines architecture and nature in an imaginary garden, through a play of perspectives and imagery characteristic of Piero Fornasetti’s universe.
Once the wax has burned away, the porcelain vessel takes on a new purpose, continuing its life as a decorative and collectible object, to be displayed individually or alongside other creations from the series.
The candle features two wicks.
The Giardino Segreto fragrance opens with green notes of rhubarb, tomato leaves and wild berries. At its heart, galbanum, petitgrain and geranium meet a base of myrrh, incense and patchouli.
