Round porcelain catchall tray, hand-decorated with Lina Cavalieri’s face in black and white, taking the shape of a pear topped with a stylised leaf.
A surreal play on forms that transforms the features of Fornasetti’s muse into an unusual anthropomorphic fruit. A variation from the celebrated Tema e Variazioni series, conceived in 1952, ideal as a decorative accent or gift.
Made in the Fornasetti Atelier in Milan. Minor variations between similar pieces attest to the uniqueness of each creation.
