The Folds Blue Rug, designed by Cristián Mohaded for cc-tapis, interprets the spontaneous gestures of the sketchbook through a refined textile composition inspired by the quiet rhythms of nature. Drawing on organic movement, like ripples in water and wind-shaped landscapes, the design features irregular, fluid lines that expand, contract, rise, and fold with grace across the surface, creating a landscape in constant visual evolution. 

Hand-woven using traditional artisan techniques and crafted from 100% Himalayan wool, the rug merges artistic spontaneity with exceptional craftsmanship. Its layered strokes of colour and texture evoke a serene sense of movement reminiscent of natural contours and rhythmic formations, giving every piece a unique character.
