Like a hat gracefully tilting in greeting, Chapeau reveals itself with an inclined, dynamic form, designed to catch the eye and turn every dish into a small theatrical scene.
Inspired by the bowler hat — a symbol of style and elegance from a bygone era — this plate recalls its most refined gesture: the bow. Its slanted line invites diners to an unexpected visual and sensory experience, where balance and movement converse with the transparent material of glass.
Available in two versions, serving plate and amuse-bouche, Chapeau lends itself to the most creative gastronomic interpretations, becoming at once a dish and a stage gesture.
Here, craftsmanship reaches its highest expression: each piece is unique, born from the hand and breath of the master glassblower, who shapes the glass in a delicate balance between precision and freedom. No two Chapeau plates will ever be identical — it is precisely this imperfection that makes each one authentic.
