BACK-WING

The Cassina Back-Wing armchair, designed by Patricia Urquiola, combines modern aesthetics with timeless comfort. Building on the distinctive design of the 2018 Back-Wing chair, this armchair’s large, solid wood frame, available in six color options, showcases Cassina’s exceptional expertise in wood craftsmanship. Its ergonomic and enveloping backrest wraps gently around the body, while the signature “wings” on the sides function as natural armrests, creating a spacious and cozy seat that invites you to relax. With a seat made of flexible polyurethane foam and upholstery options in both luxurious leather and fine fabrics from the Cassina collections, this armchair strikes the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The carefully designed piping adds a refined touch, tracing the armchair’s profile and emphasizing its sculptural lines.
