Soriana Three Seater Sofa

The Cassina Soriana three-seater Sofa, designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa in 1969, is a groundbreaking piece that redefined the concept of upholstered furniture. With its soft, inviting padding and innovative design, the Soriana three-seater Sofa eliminates the need for traditional internal support. Instead, the shape is created by the embrace of a sleek metal structure, which holds the soft polyurethane foam in place, offering a unique aesthetic that blends formal elegance with casual comfort.
Awarded the prestigious Compasso d’Oro in 1970, the Soriana three-seater Sofa is a masterpiece of design innovation. Its open, welcoming form embodies a modern approach to relaxation and living, making it a perfect fit for contemporary interiors. Combining simplicity with complexity, the Soriana continues to be a timeless icon in the history of furniture design.
