Sestiere | Tall

The Cassina Sestiere vase, designed by Patricia Urquiola, is a striking blend of ancient Murano glass-blowing techniques and modern design aesthetics. This colorful vase features a blown glass form, wrapped in a net-like ‘morise’ cord with a distinctive striped motif inspired by the Venetian lagoon. The vibrant hues of the Murano glass interact with the clean, sharp lines of the design, creating a bold and graphic visual impact.
Each vase is a testament to the skill and artistry of Murano glassmakers, combining traditional craftsmanship with Urquiola’s contemporary vision. The Sestiere vase is more than just a decorative object; it is a work of art that brings together the past and present in a harmonious, dynamic form, perfect for adding a touch of sophistication and color to any interior space.
