Carousel – Armchair

The Carousel Armchair, part of Emu’s distinguished outdoor collection designed by Sebastian Herkner, exemplifies contemporary elegance and robust functionality. The Carousel collection includes four variations of dining armchairs, three lounge armchairs, as well as sofas, poufs, and coffee tables. This particular armchair is built on an aluminum tubular frame, providing durability and a lightweight structure. The seat is crafted from an aluminum alloy sheet that has been meticulously shaped and fixed to the frame using TIG welding technology, ensuring not only a high level of aesthetic precision but also remarkable strength.

The steel backrest, a standout feature of the armchair, supports decorative patterns made from carefully selected materials. These materials have been chosen for their long-lasting durability and resistance to both environmental factors and color fading. Thanks to these attributes, the Carousel Armchair is perfectly suited for use in marine environments and withstands extreme weather conditions without compromising on comfort or style.

The entire collection, including this armchair, emphasizes versatility and elegance, making it a sophisticated addition to outdoor dining or lounge areas. Its resilience, paired with the use of rope weaving on specific elements, enhances the tactile and visual appeal of the design. Whether in a coastal setting or a modern outdoor space, the Carousel Armchair is designed to offer comfort and style that lasts.
