Olfactory Description

Grapefruit,

essential oil of mandarin,

mimosa.

Brought back from Indochina in 1828, the mandarin has since flourished on the western shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Overlooking the Strait of Messina, it sculpts the Calabrian landscape without a touch of bitterness. The softness of the mandarin refers to ancient times, when its essential oils made up an elegant and fragrant grammar.

LES BELLES MATIÈRES

A geographical odyssey, Cire Trudon’s collection goes back to the origins of rare perfumes: it delves into the hours rich in botanical discoveries and reveals the genesis of great olfactory adventures. Monothematic candles that follow travels and discoveries of enchanted places where raw materials of exquisite beauty are found.
“Les Belles Matières” by Trudon: pure and essential in their form. Like a plant composition, their refined scents orchestrate fruity, woody and floral fragrances. A geographical odyssey that travels into the cradle of rare essences and reveals the genesis of great olfactory adventures. A memory of distant lands runs through the entire collection, whose doors are represented by the midnight blue of the glass that contains the fragrances. Emilie Bouge, with the well-known perfume house Robertet, created the fragrances. The perfumes speak a contemporary language and express in an absolute and clear way a great truth: «Les Belles Matières», the beautiful (raw) materials.
