The Melt Portable Floor Lamp by Tom Dixon is a dramatic and organic lighting piece that captures the beauty of molten glass, the core of a melting glacier, or the vastness of deep space. With its imperfect, naturalistic form, Melt produces a mesmerizing hot-blown glass effect that changes character as the light shifts, making it both sculptural and atmospheric.
Now enhanced with a new standard fitting, Melt works seamlessly across Tom Dixon’s large polycarbonate shades. Its portable design adds even greater versatility: the lamp features a tripod base for stability and an easy hanging strap, allowing it to be suspended from a tree, pergola, or any setting of your choice. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, Melt is designed to adapt beautifully to its environment.
