Olimpino Dining Table

The Cassina Olimpino Dining Table, designed by Ico Parisi in 1955, is a timeless piece that reflects Parisi’s vision of the dining table as the centerpiece of the home. This elegant table features a striking metal frame with a matt black finish, structured with pairs of “Y”-shaped uprights. These uprights converge under the tabletop to create a balanced yet dynamic silhouette, while the outer arms support a monolithic tempered glass top, secured by brass side stoppers for added refinement. The Olimpino’s legs are reinforced by a double crossbar in a distinctive “V” shape, enhancing stability and visual appeal. The table’s design is further elevated by its canaletto walnut feet, which add a warm, artisanal touch, complemented by large, visible brass screws that highlight Cassina’s meticulous craftsmanship. Available in two sizes, the Olimpino Dining Table is a perfect blend of functionality and sculptural beauty, suited for sophisticated dining spaces seeking a mid-century modern statement piece.
