Round porcelain catchall tray, hand-decorated with the classical face of the Sun, framed by a full crown of wavy black-and-white rays.
A timeless motif in which solar imagery takes on a theatrical, visionary character, transforming an everyday object into a decorative piece to collect or give as a gift.
Made in the Fornasetti Atelier in Milan. Minor variations between similar pieces attest to the uniqueness of each creation.
